The Marion Community Development Corporation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that supports positive neighborhood transformation and revitalization in Marion, North Carolina. Our annual budget is supported through a variety of contributions from governments, foundations, corporations, and individual donations, as well as income earned from lending activities.

We work closely with partner agencies, organizations, businesses, and individuals to leverage our resources to achieve a far greater impact.
