We couldn’t be more excited! Check back for application packages on August 1, 2020. Qualified applicants must make at or below 80% of the area median income to qualify. Maximum allowable annual income range is $32,550 for a one-person household, 37,200 for a two-person household, $41,850 for a three-person household, or $46,500 for a four-person household. Traditional lending by FDIC insured bank is required. Bank pre-approval not required prior to application submission.
