Phillip Jordan from the NC Human Relations Commission/Civil Rights Division will present a free community seminar: “Reasonable Accommodations, Modifications, and Modern Issues in Fair Housing”.
Participants will learn about the NC Fair Housing Act and equal housing opportunities, plus legal ‘hot topics’ such as minimum housing standards and accommodating emotional support animals.
Mr Jordan is a civil rights professional with extensive experience investigating discrimination cases and reviewing housing policies and practices, as well as leading Fair Housing seminars in cities and towns all over the state.
