Building Material and Land Donation

The Marion Community Development Corporation works with area partners to build safe, decent, and affordable homes, and revitalize existing structures to protect the areas housing stock.   Our mission is provide safe and affordable housing available for purchase to people making 50 to 80 percent of the area median income, and support urgent home repair needs.  The donation of materials, equipment, and land allows us to reduce overall costs to keep our volunteers and residents safe, and provide homes for purchase at a price point that families can afford.

Volunteer

The are many opportunities to volunteer with Marion Community Development Corporation.  We are always in need of volunteers who want to donate their time to administrative work, construction projects, community outreach, and so much more.  Please consider donating your time to building a stronger community by joining our volunteer program.  You will be notified when volunteer opportunities are available.
