We are happy to announce the completion of Marion CDC's very first affordable housing project! Marion CDC will begin accepting applications on this beautiful new 2 bedroom 2 bath home. We couldn't be more excited! Check back for application packages on August 1, 2020. Qualified applicants must make at or below 80% of the area median income to qualify. Maximum allowable annual income range is $32,550 for a one-person household, 37,200 for a two-person household, $41,850 for a three-person household, or $46,500 for a four-person household. Traditional lending by FDIC insured bank is required. Bank pre-approval not required prior to application submission.

Thanks to donations from Spencer’s Hardware, we currently have a large selection of home repair supplies to contribute to urgent home repair projects city-wide. This summer, Marion CDC will be partnering with service agencies in Marion to make sure these supplies get to the homes where they are needed most!
